A Colorado "almost" native with a deep understanding of Denver, Megan Fleischli brings a curated approach to every client. Raised in Greenwood Village, a graduate of CSU Fort Collins, and now rooted in Wash Park, she leverages her deep local roots to bring nuanced understanding to the mix.

Megan began her career in high-end property management, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of how homes function, perform, and are maintained over time. Today, she leverages that foundation to guide clients not only through buying and selling, but in building long-term wealth through real estate. As an investor herself, she offers a strategic eye for identifying opportunity—whether for a primary residence, second home, or investment property.

Her approach is highly personalized, with thoughtful communication, sharp market insight, and an unwavering commitment to her clients. Megan believes that luxury isn't defined by price point, but by the level of service, attention to detail, and intention behind every step.

In addition to her real estate career, Megan is the co-owner of the design and staging company Fox Co Interiors, created to seamlessly elevate the home sale experience. With over 100+ homes staged, she understands how to position a property to stand out and command top value.

Outside of real estate, Megan enjoys exploring Colorado with her husband Axel, sweet son Knox, and fur-son Bubba—balancing time in the mountains with days spent at home discovering Denver’s dining destinations.
